A Dynamic Educational Community Committed to Student Learning
The American School of Tampico was founded in 1917 by Americans who came to the region with the oil companies at the beginning of last century. We are located on the coast of the Gulf of Mexico, 500 km south of the border with the United States serving a population of students from the age of three to adults through our different sections: Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle School, High School and Language Institute. The school is licensed by the Mexican Ministry of Education and accredited through AdvancED. Our modern facilities were specially designed to match the curriculum, these contain the most practical and refined equipment for laboratories and classrooms.
