Pre-first students have been learning and working about “animals and their habitats” for the last two weeks.To know our school is hosting 150 turtles and some ducks at the lake gave us the opportunity to carry on an outdoor activity and to enjoy a real life learning experience. Students were invited to feed these animals with lettuce and spinach. The response was amazing! Students were caring and very respectful with the animals. We wrap up the activity with a nice picnic, with great pictures, sharing values and expressing our gratitude for the wonderful facilities in our campus.
