Finish the final version of
your section putting together your images and text. |

Make sure you include

Save your Source Document on
the team folder using the role name as the file name. |

Print your Source Document. |

Homework: Create your text for the
Power Point Presentation
based on your role. Print the outline of your
presentation. |

Day 3 |

Share and discuss with your team your printed
section of the power point presentation. |

Get together with your group to plan and decide together the outline for the
Trip. |

Fill out the
Trip Planner
page. |
 |
Decide who will be in charge of the
Slide Design for the Power Point
presentation (the team editor for Power Point). |
For
Homework: Go back and finish your section of the
Power
Point Presentation. Include your images and
bibliography. Save it on a disk. |

Day 4 |
 |
Share your file with the power point presentation
editor and save it on the team folder.. |
 |
Get together with your group to discuss and write the introduction and conclusion of the
presentation. |

Add those two slides to the team presentation
file. |
 |
Download and save the movie for the presentation. |
For
Homework: Start thinking about and designing your full day for the
trip to be included in the
Brochure.
Write it and print it to share during the next class. |

Day 5 |

Share and discuss with your team your planned day
itinerary
for the Brochure. |

Decide who will be in charge of the Brochure
design. |

Decide which color scheme,
design and fonts you will use. |
For Homework:
Work on the details of your day for the

Day 6 |

Get together with your group to create the final,
complete version of the Power Point presentation. |
 |
Make sure you include a
reference for each of the images you paste. |
 |
Also include a general list of
the web resources you used to obtain your information. |

Rehearse and time
your Presentation.

Make sure you meet all the
requirements listed on the
Multimedia
Checklist. |

Save the file on the team
