Your overall task is to prove that you are capable, educated and ready to take willing participants on the journey of their lives. 

Your task is broken down into 2 parts.  The first is to educate yourselves about all aspects of your planet.  You will create a power point presentation describing the planet and showing its specific characteristics:  geological information, atmospheric conditions, climate, moons, historical tidbits, etc.  This presentation will be to inform the audience about the five main aspects of the planet and should also describe an outline of the proposed trip to the planet.  You will try to convince the audience to join your trip. 

The second part will be to create a brochure that will help you sell your trip to the public.  The more people you convince, the more likely your trip will fly.  You need to make a convincing brochure containing a trip itinerary (number of days and what you will be doing each day), potential risks and safety precautions that will be used to overcome these risks.  The brochure should have pictures, facts, and interesting educational information about your planet.
