Task

The goal of this investigation is to find ways to use electricity more efficiently. To do this there are many terms and concepts that must be understood.

Your task will be to learn these concepts and apply them. We will be doing this by examining the amount of electricity used in some of the ATS buildings over an average 1 month period.

This will be a team effort that will involve research, math and problem solving abilities so we can learn to be more efficient in the future.

The buildings and types of alternative power assigned to each team are:

	Team 1 — Building H — Nuclear Power
	Team 2 — Building B — Solar Power
	Team 3 — Building C — Wind Power
	Team 4 — Building D — Coal Power
	Team 5 — Building E — Geothermal Power
