The Green School Society of The American School of Tampico focuses on individual and team environmental service projects. Students are admitted to the section based on a minimum number of service hours already achieved. Each member must commit to a minimum of 20 service hours per year to be eligible for awards and recognitions. ATS GSS members are required to complete service hours in both environmental service and environmental education. Members carry out various ecological activities.
