WELCOME TO THE AMERICAN SCHOOL OF TAMPICO

Development Committee

The ATS Development Committee, composed of dedicated parents and staff, collaborates to orchestrate special events throughout the academic year.

Under the guidance of the Development and Admissions Director, members convene in monthly meetings to strategize and plan. The committee's mission extends beyond fundraising; it aims to enhance the educational experience of our students by hosting events that cultivate community spirit among parents, grandparents, and alumni.

Originally founded in 1993 as the Special Events Committee, it has steadfastly contributed to the ATS community's vibrancy. The committee proudly organizes hallmark events including Garage Sale, Valentine's Day, Grandparent's Day and The Golf Tournament, all of which underscore and support the dynamic activities and objectives of ATS.

Our Goal:

Transforming Our Campus into a Handicap-Accessible Facility and Boosting Our Educational Scholarship Fund.

Our goal is to raise funds to transform our ATS campus into a truly inclusive and handicap-accessible environment, ensuring that everyone, regardless of physical abilities, can easily access and benefit from all our facilities and resources. This initiative is a commitment to inclusivity and equal opportunities for all students and community members.

Additionally, we aim to bolster our educational scholarship fund. This is essential to provide more opportunities for deserving students who may face financial barriers, ensuring that our school is a place of learning and growth for all, regardless of economic background.

Through this fundraising effort, we are not just enhancing physical accessibility; we are also expanding our reach, allowing more students to experience the quality education and supportive community that ATS offers. Our commitment is to create a campus that welcomes everyone and a learning environment where every student has the chance to thrive.

Cupid's Market

Cupid's Market aims to celebrate Valentine's Day by offering a variety of festive products and activities, with the primary goal of raising funds for the Scholarship Fund and the Handicap Campus Initiative.

Cupid's Market is a vibrant Valentine's Day themed sale held under the library, creating a festive and inclusive atmosphere for students to explore and purchase a wide array of items. The market features products such as cupcakes, scrunchies, stickers, a photobooth, and more, catering to a diverse student interest.

Cupid's Market presents an excellent opportunity for the school community to come together in celebration of Valentine's Day, fostering school spirit while supporting crucial school initiatives. We look forward to your approval and support in making this event a success.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Development Committee for their outstanding efforts in raising $25,000 pesos for handicapped campus and for student scholarships.

These dedicated mothers volunteer their time and energy, driven by their love for the school and a genuine desire to make a difference. Their commitment and hard work are truly appreciated, and their contributions will have a lasting impact on our school community. Thank you for your selflessness and for everything you do!

GOLF TOURNAMENT

The Development Committee is thrilled to highlight the success of our Annual Golf Tournament, a cornerstone event dedicated to supporting student scholarships. This "hole-in-one" event not only showcases the skill and spirit of our players but also exemplifies the generosity of our community.

Our heartfelt thanks go out to each player, sponsor, and volunteer who contributed to making the #ATSGolfTournament a remarkable day. GARAGE SALE

At the heart of our school community, the Development Committee plays a crucial role in orchestrating events that not only bring us together but also serve a greater purpose. Our Annual Garage Sale stands out as a testament to this spirit of generosity and collaboration.

Thanks to the tireless efforts and dedication of our volunteer mothers, this year's Garage Sale was a tremendous success. It's more than just a sale; it's a vibrant community gathering that showcases our commitment to social responsibility and mutual support.

The significance of the Garage Sale extends beyond the exchange of goods. It's a pivotal event where the ATS community unites to make a meaningful impact. The proceeds directly support our Handy Cap Campus initiatives and scholarship programs, ensuring accessible quality education for all. This annual event not only aids in raising crucial funds but also strengthens our bonds with the Tancol community, fostering a sense of unity and mutual support.

We extend our deepest gratitude to everyone involved in making the Garage Sale a memorable event. Your generosity and spirit of cooperation not only enhance our campus facilities and educational opportunities but also instill in our young ambassadors values of generosity, community, and social responsibility.

Looking ahead, the Development Committee remains dedicated to organizing events that raise funds for our noble causes and promote a stronger, united school community. We thank all community members for their ongoing support and look forward to your participation in future events.

Together, we make a difference. Together, we share the joy.
